Georgia Muslim Voter Project's Youth Ambassador Program is a leadership development opportunity for Muslim youth in Georgia, ages 16 to 22, who are passionate about community organizing, advocacy, and civic engagement. The Youth Ambassador Program equips participants with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to address issues facing the Muslim community, while simultaneously fostering a stronger sense of community and Muslim identity.

As a Youth Ambassador you will:  

  • Contribute to GAMVP’s mission of amplifying the Muslim voice through civic engagement, base-building, voter education, and advocacy.

  • Participate in, host, and volunteer at GAMVP events and workshops

  • Plan and lead voter initiatives and civic engagement projects

  • Learn and apply organizing principles in a nonpartisan (501c3) setting

  • Grow as a leader alongside a cohort of like-minded Muslim youth committed to social justice and building a more inclusive democracy

  • Represent GAMVP in your community and make a meaningful impact across Georgia

Program Details:

  • Program Duration: June to November 2026

  • Time Commitment: 12-15 hours per month

  • Stipend: $1,000 for successful program completion

  • Format: In-person (Location TBA)

  • Monthly Trainings + Assignments & Organizing Projects
